Saw an extremely peculiar BFI DVD, NIGHTBIRDS, and THE BODY BENEATH, by one Andy Milligan, who I'd never heard of. It seems like he was a sort of nasty Ed Wood. Dreadful, hopelessly dire stuff, but quite fascinating. He made quite a few films, but most of them are lost,unfortunately. He sounds like a fairly unpleasant character,too, heavily into S&M, hated women, etc. Weird. I'd like to know more about him. Just mental...
