Thanks for the sympathetic comments, guys. I do appreciate it. I may just be being silly (hope so-), but I am pretty scared. 'It's a funny old life', all right. I've got the GP appointment late this afternoon, although that won't actually give me any answers. I've decided to go back on anti-depressants, though. While being off them hasn't actually changed much, I do find when I'm on them, I feel slightly less horror when I wake up in the morning, and if it turns out I'm gonna be bad sick, I'm going to need something to boost me. I ain't brave.
Last night's fillum was a good 'un, anyway, KILL LIST, as recommended by kelper
It's a very well-made gruesome thriller with woowoo undercurrents which distracted my moping mind nicely for a couple of hours.
