Mundane Materials...

I've noticed in these recent lil' films in the grauniad, that superstar Steve Bell appears to use old-fashioned, everyday schoolroom pencils,with erasers on top. and  some kind of crumby Conde'-type colour pencils, with, possibly, one of those sketchbooks from Cass Arts.

I watched another Agnes Varda film, L'UNE CHANTE,L'AUTRE PAS, about the friendship of two women in the 70's. I liked it more than I expected to.
