Fap!...

I have always used 'Fap' as a sort of exclamation of disgruntlement, which I got fom the character Major Hoople in an ancient comic strip, OUR BOARDING HOUSE that was still in the papers when I was a child. Recently I took a chance using it an online Wordscraper game, and it was accepted, to my surprise. Later, I looked it up and discovered it's 'an onomatopaeac reference to male masturbation.'  Criikey.
