I have so little interaction with others these days my voice has probably stopped working,
Just saw some splendid news footage of beardy monks having a slugfest in the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, Jerusalem. Ya couldn't make it up.
I forgot to watch SHARPE'S PERIL last week, but checked out part two, after reading the odious AA Gill's trouncing crit in the Sunday Times. He reckons that Sean Bean is looking old and uncool. Well, he still looked quite hott to me, swinging his sabre in that uniform. Guh!
Gill is such a massive tosser. Must admit the story wasn't up to much, through.
Yesterday's post brought yet another change of hospital appontment, but it's now switched back, to this week, and at nearby St Thomas' instead of depressing Camberwell. So that's OK them, if it stays that way.
R Next Door says the Loud Musician upstairs doesn't want these new windows either, and is going to barricade himself in his flat. I honestly don't see why it's such a problem. I suppose I should have been paying more attention.
Super bonfire and fireworks at the church over the road last night. That's one of the best things about being stuck in a tower block; you do get a fine view of these spectacles.
