Information

Unhappiness in relationships, according to Dr. Gary Chapman, is often due to the fact that we speak different love languages. Sometimes we don't understand our partner's requirements, or even our own. We all have a "love tank" that needs to be filled in order for us to express love to others, but there are different means by which our tank can be filled, and there are different ways that we can express love to others.

Breaking news: There seems to be a strong rumour that delectable BOOSHboy Julian Barratt is stepping out with Julia Davis, the NIGHTY NIGHT evil genius. Bah, but if I'm not fated to have him, I suppose she's reasonably worthy.
Watched a very moving STORYVILLE film about these Indian kids being raised in a squalid brothel area, with zilch prospects, and a photographer-woman's efforts to improve their lot. It was pretty chastening. They were each given cameras and produced some gobsmackingly lovely images, and in spite of their miserable surroundings there was just so much curiosity and talent there.
A bunch of them were accepted to boarding schools but most were kept at 'home' by their parents, or inexplicably returned to their hopeless fates.
The most gifted boy started to go off the rails after his mother died when her pimp set her on fire(!) He got to the exhibition in Amsterdam, though, and seemed to be sorting himself out.
It all made me feel pretty guilty about always whining and being creatively blocked because of my indigence, etc. when I live a moviestar lifestyle compared to those kids...(This will not, of course, prevent me from whining...)
