When not indulging my neuroses, I've been reading Hilary Mantel's THE MIRROR AND THE LIGHT, last of the Cromwell trilogy, a great , juicy doorstep of a book.
I watched C.H.U.D. the other day, as I'd actually never seen it before. Fairly entertaining. This afternoon I checked out another 80's trash chiller I'd neglected to watch, XTRO. Silly and cheap-looking as it was, it had a certain something, and I found it quite watchable.
Moon has eaten a little, thank gods. Still want to get her to the vet ASAP, though.
Watched some more of the old TINKER, TAILOR, SOLDIER, SPY series. It's weird how something like this (and LINE OF DUTY) can be so compellingly attention-holding when one has only the vaguest idea of what's going on.
Printer is kaput again, so no feeble doodles.
