I was a bit better this morning, though, and the weather was perfect, so I did some extra exercising in the tiny Heathbrrok Community Centre park.
Thanks to good ol' Saint Anthony, I found my NOW TV remote, stuffed down the back of the chair, just as I'd convinced myself I'd actually thrown it out or something in a senior moment. Yes, it's true about PATRICK MELROSE, it is brilliant, with young Mr Cumberbatch at his considerable best.
