The theatre was crammed with school kids again, and considering how bored they must have been, they were very well behaved.
Oddly, there were no names on the cast list, so I don't know who did what, but the willowy young countertenor playing Oberon was OK. Nobody else impressed me. The production (Big colour blocks, levitating beds-) was better than the last one I saw, set in a public school, but still lacking in 'magic'.
I guess I just wasn't in the mood.
Came out into a heavy snow shower, but like yesterday's, it only lasted about ten minutes. I felt so weak, stiff, and feeble that I didn't even consider exercising; it's just too cold.now, and the wind is strengthening.
I huddled under the cat and watched a John Carpenter film I'd not seen before, THEY LIVE, which was actually quite good.
