Looks like I may be getting a cold, now, the fack that every sneeze is like a knife in my back really helps.
When I woke up, it took me about ten minutes to wriggle painfully out of bed, today. Guess I should take some tablets before I go to sleep.
Did a bit more 'gentle exercise' in the park, which is supposed to help. Years ago, I put my back out, and the quack said to lie flat on the floor as much as possible for a week, which certainly didn't help. Nowadays, they say try to move about a bit, which I'm doing, but that doesn't seem to help either. Bum.
Watched another episode of ST:DISCOVERY, and I'm getting into it, now. 'Sgood. That new series on BBC4 about dictators and music is really interesting too. Loved all that Weimar stuff.

Do you have anti-inflammatories/a cold pack/ice cubes? Your lower back must be hella aggravated and ice/anti-inflammatories might help. Moving around's good for your back being out but not so effective if you've injured the soft tissues around it. You could also try heat and see if that helps if cold doesn't work. My heartfelt sympathies - pain in that part of the back is excruciating. I've had it a couple of times and I couldn't sleep at all.

I've seen the first 2 of ST:Discovery and am looking forward to the next bit. I hope there's less of the Klingons endlessly banging on about honour and he glory of the empire blah blah blah going forward though. Highly yawnsome.

Oh, I rather like the Klingons, myself. It is getting better now, though. I like Jason Isaacs as the captain. He's good at ambivalence.
I'm finding heat on the lower back helps alittle, and Moon has been climbing aboard to provide it.

I like Jason Isaacs under any circumstances. Woof!
