There's very little to distract me on TV, even, and I have to sit in bed to watch that, at present. I saw a film, HALLOW, which wasn't all that, but the director is a horror buff, and could, I think, get really good.
DOCTOR WHO was decent.Bill continues to charm, and may develop into one of the better companions. I really don't want Peter Capaldi to go, dammit.
Watched a well-reviewed romance, CAROL, which I found boring as hell. I did like the 50's ambiance and costumes, but yeah, it was dull.
If I hadn't been suicidally depressed to start with, Trump's speech yesterday would have been enough to plunk anyone into the Slough of Despond. A true imbecile, and the world is at his mercy...not to mention the other whack jobs in power, nowadays. They're all up there with some of the loonier Roman emperors. I also saw an item the other day ( well, it was in the METRO, but still...) declaring that Mrs May is the most popular PM in forty years!
And yes, I'm still full of cold...
Anyhow, I've got the last episode of LINE OF DUTY to look forward to. Ohh, how's it gonna turn out?
